We offer returns and exchanges of products which are returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase (postage paid by customer)
Please return all products using a tracked service such as Royal Mail signed for when you post as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.
Returns are subject to approval. All products which are returned must be unused and in the condition they were sent including all packaging and tags attached.
If you require a refund for your product, the full purchase price of the product will be refunded excluding postage fees.
When we have received the returned goods, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
If you require an exchange for your product, the original product will be returned (postage paid by customer) and the new item will be posted (postage paid by us).
